Margaret’s career began at WWF-Kenya as a field assistant where she was involved in monitoring the progress of their activities in the Lake Naivasha Basin. She has also worked at National Museums of Kenya in the Mammology and Ornithology departments, where she sharpened her skills in data collection and analysis.
Certified Monitoring and Evaluation Professional and currently heads the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) department at LWF. She is also responsible for Information and Knowledge Management. She holds a Masters degree in Natural Resources Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Wildlife Enterprise and Management. Margaret is passionate about community development, wildlife conservation and the protection of their habitats.
