The Mount Kenya-Ewaso Water Partnership (MKEWP) was launched on 14th October 2016 following a commitment from various private, public and civil society partners to collectively address water related risks in the Upper Ewaso Ng’iro North Catchment.
Oramat Lenaboisho Cooperative Society is a community livestock enterprise based in Laikipia north sub county of Laikipia county. The primary purpose of the enterprise is cattle finishing/fattening to markets in collaboration with Borana Ranch Ltd.
The newly established water savings and credit cooperative society (SACCO) dubbed EMU-SACCO, (Ewaso Maji User Savings and Credit Cooperative). The SACCO strives to help farmers access finance for water conservation investments at farm level.
