The Mazingira Conservation Fund (MCF) is a grant is implemented and administered under the auspices of the Laikipia Wildlife Forum. The grant is designed to support sustainable natural resources management within the greater Laikipia landscape (Upper Ewaso Ng’iro Basin).
The grant supports practical interventions aimed at habitat protection, conservation education, community natural resources conservation, and women-led conservation enterprises. It is dedicated to working specifically with women, indigenous groups, and youth. It supports initiatives that are courageous and creative in addressing wildlife, habitat, and natural resources conservation.
