Our team is comprised of dedicated and talented professionals who work tirelessly to promote the conservation of wildlife and natural resources in the region. Leading the team is Mohamed Shibia who serves as the Executive Director.

Shibia brings advanced knowledge and expertise with more than two decades of work in community governance, investor and donor relations, and natural resource management across East Africa and beyond.

Christbell is an environmentalist with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Eldoret and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Science-Policy-Practice Interfaces on Biodiversity, Ecosystem Services and Climate Change (SPIBES) at Addis Ababa University.
