Dam liners are a worthwhile investment to save and store water. Dam liners mitigate water loss through sipping and evaporation. While there are some temporary ways to prevent water loss, like sealing cracks, the best and most durable solution is dam liners.
Our ready to install dam liners are providing a very beneficial solution to farmers, allowing them to build their own dams to harvest water for their irrigation needs. This allows farmers to have ample water for more than one season of their crop and also reduce their reliance on weather pattern, improving food security and sustaining income of the farmers. Our dam liners range from 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.75mm and 1mm. The 0.5mm is the recommended gauge for small to medium sized water pans of 200 sqm to 1000 sqm. We supply UV treated, HDPE, water proof liners manufactured from virgin materials. It is these properties that ensure longevity of our dam liners, providing a life span of over 20 years for the 0.5mm gauge. The 0.5 mm gauge dam liners have the following features:
- Works on a lightly rough surface, like one with some murram
- It works very well as fish pond liner
